GRT Lite
The GRT Lite was created specifically for the type of nervous system rehabilitation done here at ProHealth.
This technology utilizes red and infrared LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes). This type of light therapy supports:
- The stimulation of ATP (cellular energy) production
- Lymphocyte activity (cellular detoxification)
- Increased circulation
- Tissue oxygenation
Red and Infrared LEDs are used in varying patterns (the flashing you may have noticed) to prevent your nervous system from adapting to the stimulus, allowing for faster rehabilitation.
LEDs are different from lasers. The LED is non-coherent, meaning the light emitted spreads out in all directions, unlike the laser (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) where all of the light streams out in one direction. Light therapy typically uses LEDs rather than lasers. For the type of nervous system rehabilitation done at ProHealth, LEDs have been found to be an excellent tool.
We can use the light over clothing, as the correction is made by the doctor and the light is a supportive tool. The cells, even through clothing, are energized by the GRT Lite, helping anchor in the adjustment and speeding up the healing process.
Rapid Release Technology
This tool is great for your soft tissue problems and scar tissue. It has a resonance frequency that helps break up scar tissue, as well as elicits a Tonic Vibration Reflex. This essentially means that spasms are released, blood flow is increased leading to proper oxygenation of tissues, fascia is relaxed allowing it to easily glide, and the tension you have been experiencing is relieved.
The Rapid Release has 5 different attachment heads making this tool very versatile – it allows us to help you more effectively. It is safe and effective to use over various areas of the body including bony areas, large muscle groups, or trigger points, wherever the problem may be.

About Laser Therapy: Laser therapy is a medical treatment that uses focused light to stimulate a process within the cell called photobiomodulation (PBM).
